What is the right workout program for me?

We highly recommend following the Full Body Aesthetics program on the Chalk Performance Training app—our most popular program for good reason. It's a 5-day-per-week strength and muscle-building plan that can easily be adjusted to fit your schedule, whether you're training fewer days or following the full program. Not a member yet? Do I need a gym membership to participate in the challenge?
For 90% of our programs, you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, squat rack, pull-up bar, and a bench. However, there is always an alternative movement that you can swap things out for. We also have some bodyweight workouts you can access within the app.
